# Turn Off Fit4Me Music and Play Your Own

## We want your workout to feel just right for you, including the soundtrack. If you'd like to turn off the default Fit4Me music and use your playlists from Apple Music or Spotify, follow the simple steps below.

#### **1. Open the Fit4Me App** Start by launching the Fit4Me app on your device.

#### **2. Tap “Go to Workout”** From your main screen, tap on “Go to Workout” to enter your workout session.

#### **3. Access Settings** In the top-right corner of the workout screen, you’ll see a settings icon (⚙️). Tap it to open the workout settings menu.

#### **4. Turn Off Fit4Me Music** In the settings menu, toggle off the Fit4Me Music option to mute the default background music.

#### **5. Play Your Own Music** Once Fit4Me Music is turned off, feel free to open your preferred music app (like Apple Music or Spotify) and start your playlist. Then, return to the Fit4Me app and begin your workout.
